We, “Flow-Tech” offersa Jacketed Plug Valve. Its available different type of Jacket like Half Jacketand Full Jacket.
Jacketed valve mostly used in High Temperature line. In Jacketed valve flange used higher size.
Heating or Cooling jackets are required where the process temperature must bemaintained throughout thevalve in order to keep the processmedia fluid at a constant temperature. In particular, where there is potential formedia to be trapped within a closed valve the heating jacket can be vital in maintaining the process temperature and preventing the trapped product from solidifying.
Thisapplies especially tomedia like liquid asphalt, Sulphur, bitumen resins, etc. In addition, the efficient flow of media is ensured through the elimination of pockets. For Jacket heating process used heating media like ThermicFluid, Steam, HotOil or HotWater. After Jacket welded (Fabricated) on valve body, every valve tested after thefabrication. Jacket Air and Hydraulic Test is carried out at 6 Bar Pressure.
