In this design flow cannot interrupted on cleaning of basket filter inside element. Due tothe presence of large filtration area, pressure drop is minimal. Main benefit of Duplex Strainer whenone Strainer is in operation then second is kept isolated & kept ready for next Cleaning Cycle. DuplexStrainer system is used valve (Three Way Ball Valves or Butterfly Valve) between two baskets to divertthe flow of liquid. When Screen of one Strainer is clogged, flow is diverted to next housing throughValves. It provides ease of cleaning is it can be cleaned anytime as per the conveniences.
“Flow-Tech” provides Various MOC like CS, SS 304 / 316 to meet all separate Process Requirements. Also we provided special metal on request. DUPLEX STRAINERS are available Pressure Rating 150# /300# with various end connection as Flanged & Butt Weld End. We also offer customized design toour client as per their requirement.
